Rates & Pricing Policy

Service rates are decided only after receiving the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the project.
A few rounds of negotiation may be conducted before finalizing the rates.
Once the rates are agreed upon and the work has commenced, no changes in the agreed rates will be entertained.
In case of market fluctuations, if material costs increase, Gupta Electric Works reserves the right to revise service rates accordingly, as profit margins are directly impacted by material price changes.
All rates are finalized based on current market prices and conditions at the time of agreement.

Responsibilities of Work at the Site

Gupta Electric Works takes full responsibility for the work entrusted to us during the execution stage.
Once the project is completed, tested, commissioned, and handed over to the client, we do not hold responsibility for the work thereafter.
All SITC services will be executed based on the terms and conditions provided by the client.

Changes to Terms

Gupta Electric Works reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
